As always Everest surpasses all expectations. Sam was a great guy that helped us find everything we needed. Their Memorial Day sales were great, and I finally got the Stüdenglass gravity pipe that I’ve been wanting for years with his help. Awesome team. Awesome shop.

The manager is absolutely horrible Bought two carts 1 worked great the other did not .take note if it works on there battery they still consider a working cartridge. I tried it on three of mine . Weird since the other cart worked perfectly. Doesn't sound fair I left with one cartridge and the defective cart I left there. It's useless to me . I guess the worker that tried it on his battery gets a free one since it works on his. Check your carts right away . Beware . -30$ lost a customer

I always love coming to Everest. Not just for the product but for the people that work behind the counter. They’re all so welcoming and kind. Especially Mathew! He’s definitely one of my personal favs and always knows his stuff whenever I have any questions. I’ve been going to Everest for many, many months now and every time I go, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Mathew in particular is always a friendly smile and knows his product well. I live in the area, so the location is convenient for me, BUT if it weren’t, I’d go out of my way. Trust me, just Go!

Amanda was AMAZING, I really appreciate how patient and knowledgeable she was, I hope she knows how deeply sorry I am for not knowing what I needed but she was super patient and took time to explain everything to me. I didnt feel rushed and she demonstrated the best customer service I have ever experienced.
