I had a great experience in this place. I live in a state where it is still all illegal so it's always great being in the state where it's legal and getting the experience of going to a dispensary. Don't remember the name of the girl that helped me but she was very helpful. She helped educate me and I in turn educated her a little bit, we had the clothes that generation gap some.
I absolutely love Emeralds. I'm in there all the time. The quality is always nice, and there's a good variety of items to choose from. Customer service is stellar. I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone who works there is great, so many awesome personalities! Big shout out to Tia, she takes excellent care of her customers! I absolutely recommend coming here!
Being from out of state, I was very unfamiliar with the process of how this establishment worked. Aaron was the first person to greet us and absolutely blew us away with his customer service. The entire staff was super helpful and very knowledgeable. This was one of the coolest experiences I’ve ever had in any sort of smoke shop!
